One hub covering diesel/hydronic heating, lithium battery low-temperature protection, compressor cooling and refrigerator control. Stable PID operation, multiple independent relay outputs, remote temperature scheduling via Bluetooth APP.
Request a QuoteRV temperature scenarios are more complex than at home: antifreeze protection for water lines in extreme cold, lithium battery protection at low temperatures, compressor heat dissipation in high heat. One multi-channel hub is simpler and more stable than three standalone thermostats.
From northern extreme cold to plateau heat. Ships with 1–2 NTC probes, expandable to 4.
PID automatically regulates heating and cooling outputs, avoiding the swings of on/off control — smoother water-line and battery-compartment temperatures.
Heater, circulation pump, fan and compressor cooling each get an independent channel. Optional 0–10V analog output for variable-speed devices.
| Scenario | Recommended Channels |
|---|---|
| Diesel / hydronic heating | Heater on/off ×1 + circulation pump ×1 (dual-channel model suffices) |
| Lithium battery low-temp protection | Battery-compartment heating film ×1, probe on battery surface, auto-engages at low temp |
| Compressor cooling | Compressor on/off ×1 + condenser fan ×1, with start/stop delay protection |
| Refrigerator control | Single relay output with hysteresis setting to control the compressor |
| Whole-vehicle consolidation | 4-channel model + multiple probes, all curves set in one APP |
Multiple display and communication configurations available — confirm the configuration before ordering.

Pick a mode per scenario — no need to retune parameters every time. Schedule and scene modes are ideal for long trips.
| Mode | Logic |
|---|---|
| Heating | Starts heating below setpoint; stops at setpoint |
| Cooling | Starts cooling above setpoint; stops when reached |
| Auto | Judges heating or cooling by current temperature — great for large day/night swings |
| Schedule | Switches setpoints by time period, e.g. lower water temp at night |
| Scene | Multi-channel combined actions — one tap switches "driving / parked / winter storage" configurations |
The thermostat's logic is simple — real-world performance depends on probe placement, contact quality and output circuit design.
| Condition | Action |
|---|---|
| Temp < setpoint − hysteresis | Start the corresponding heating output |
| Temp ≥ setpoint | Stop the heating output |
| Temp > setpoint + hysteresis | Start the corresponding cooling output |
| Temp ≤ setpoint | Stop the cooling output |
| Low vehicle voltage | Optionally inhibit high-power heating to preserve battery capacity |
| Probe fault | Stop the associated output and push an alert — no runaway heating |
| Point | Installation |
|---|---|
| Water temperature | Attach to the tank or outlet pipe outer wall, cover with insulation, avoid wind exposure |
| Battery compartment | Attach to the middle side of the battery case, away from heating film and heat sources |
| Cabin temperature | Mount 1.2–1.5m above floor, away from vents and direct sunlight |
| Refrigerator / freezer | Place mid-cabinet, away from the evaporator and door seals |
Tip: probe extension wires introduce slight error — use the same-gauge shielded cable and waterproof the joints.
